While made well, I had some confusion with ordering wedges. They do not specify the outside/inside the same way boot maker to boot maker. The outside wedge on these boots has the thicker part of the wedge on the outside and the thinner part on the inside. From experience ordering boots from other makers, I believed it meant that it was the other way around- that the outside wedge meant it would rotate your foot outward. If you need wedges out in and are confused, I would advise a consultation with the JK staff to clarify this prior to ordering
