"I’ve worn these for 4 days so far, my first overbuilt custom boot. My feet are super sensitive but break in hasn’t been bad at all. I had the inserts in them for the first three days but they were making the fit too tight so I took them out yesterday and it feels much better. Love the arch support. For sizing I went down half a size from my brannock size which is 8D. I bought these in a size 7.5D. Width is perfect, length is a touch long, I could have gone with a 7D but these were in stock. I’ve got just over a thumbs width of room past my big toe. The leather is beautiful and it’ll darken once you oil the boot. Watch the tutorials on how to oil them and make sure you don’t oil around the double stitches around the sole."

"Great boot. It does exactly what it's designed to do. A tough midweight boot with more flexibility in the forefoot. Love the full R/O coyote leather. After a few weeks wear they're just so soft and supportive around the ankles and really begin to feel like YOUR boots, if you've ever bought good boots, i mean actual good boots, you kinda have a bonding experience with new boots. Its a love story. Anyway this boot is beautiful. Like I said the full roughout is awesome. Love the white stitching, that was a good idea. The gusset leather is so soft and supple *** it's so nice. Just a beautiful boot. This was my first pair of JKs and I'll be back for sure. In fact I want this exact boot in the Superduty. Saving as we speak; suspense is killing me though I check everyday to make sure they still have a size that'll work. Anyway. This is a sweet boot. Pretty badass"

10. “Beautiful boot“
"I needed a boot to replace my 20+ year old basic training boots and couldn't pass up the bison O.T. after watching Rose Anvil cut one. The leather is flexible and comfortable without even breaking in. The arch support is noticeable and took some getting used to, as my only other boots have been military issued. The stitches look fake they are so perfect. The honey soles are soft and quieter than my sneakers when walking on hard surfaces. I ordered one size down from brannock and there is about one thumb width between my toe and end of the boot. Plenty of room in the toe box. One thing I would have done differently is have eyelets all the way up instead of dealing with speed hooks, but I might eventually get the hang of it.
I'm so happy I bought this boot. It is perfect for what I needed. Customer service was excellent as I had questions on sizing. Even had a follow-up call after the boots were delivered to make sure there were no issues. Well done everyone at JK Boots!"
